Yell County is the cheapest at $880, and it happens to land right on the state median. Arkansas spreads its 75 counties across 17 metro areas, and Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway is the biggest cluster, covering five counties: Faulkner, Lonoke, Perry, Pulaski, and Saline.
