We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or estimates will be accurate or complete.
Nothing on PropMetrics constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Rent estimates, property values, and market data are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from this service.
Much of the data displayed on PropMetrics comes from third-party sources. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data provided by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropMetrics and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Don't abuse the service — including scraping, exploiting, disrupting, or violating laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropMetrics and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as stated at checkout and will auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds are offered at our discretion unless required by law.
We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or misuse of the service, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the update here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
